Why we’re here

A lifesaving community starts with you.

In an emergency, knowing what to do can make a real difference. We want more people to feel ready to step forward and help. We are always looking for volunteers to help with our sessions.

Hearts in the Stand is a community-focused CIC working to make CPR and basic first-aid awareness more accessible for our youth and adults alike. Through practical learning and local partnerships, we’re helping people build skills they can carry into everyday life.

Think you could be one of our volunteers? If so then contact us.
